I have used this service several times. They are so knowledgeable. they tell me exactly when to spray or not to spray... for insects. Recently, I complained about stink bugs. They wouldn't come out until August because they said it was a waste to do it earlier. As usual, they were right. Love them.read more

Overall good experience. We had Bill help us a couple years ago when we had a hornet's nest in our front yard. He was... on time, professional, and even charged us less than the estimate when he determined the work was not as difficult as initially suspected. Rare to find someone who does that these days.So when we had another hornet's nest pop up on our back roof line we had ABC come out again, though Bill was not the one to do the work. They came on time and got the job done.Only suggestion would be to take a couple extra minutes and scrape the nest remnants off of the trim and siding as the worker left a decent amount of visible debris that does not come off with rain. Otherwise happy with the work.read more

I had wasps that had literally taken over my front yard. My grandchildren were not able to use the front of the house.... They had to enter by the backdoor and play in the backyard. These wasps were huge. I had tried to spray them at night myself when they were dormant, but had no luck. I had one treatment and in 2 days all but 1 pesky wasp was gone. I have tried to get that pesky guy but haven't yet succeeded. Wonderful people and would HIGHLY recommend.read more

ABC is great. I spoke to Bill, as well as another person who I believe was an admin, and both were very friendly. ... Bill is an all-star. He was very friendly, very informative, and very patient with all my questions. He came out to our house the very next day, did a walk around the perimeter, and looked in the garage. After finding no evidence of rodents, I felt bad for even having him come out. I offered to pay him something for his time and he refused. He even collected the dead rat that was at the edge of my lawn that prompted my calling him in the first place, and he did it free of charge. I almost hope I get some pests in the future just so I can call Bill again and have him take care of business. Excellent businessman, fantastic service. Call Bill at ABC!read more

My husband was informed that he needed to prepay for three treatments. He asked to clarify that if we DID NOT USE ALL 3... treatments that we would get our money refunded in which we were told yes. Now the company denies every saying that. I have been trying for over a month to get the owner on the phone and I am told that he said he is more than happy to come do a treatment (that we don’t need at this point) and I keep saying I want to speak with him. Terrible customer service. Would never use this company again.read more

Do not call if you have a fly infestation. The person couldn't even figure out what type of a fly it was nor where they... were coming from after 30-40min of being here and calling 3 other techs for suggestions. "He" suggested to wait until he heard from his head tech before giving an accurate quote. Never heard from him for one, two, I called other companies and they said flies should always be found of where they are breeding from otherwise you are just putting a band aid on it. This guy said it would cost between $400-$1000 for them to fix the problem. He said they might be breeding in the walls so even if they don't know where they are coming from then the treatment they would use would kill them anyway. Guess what, apparently there's no such thing as a "nest egg" for flies and they breed from foods or liquids so he was completely wrong and money hungry. Other companies I called wouldn't even come out for an estimate because I had to find the breeding place first, otherwise it wouldn't make sense to exterminate. Then he had the balls to say we should use them to spray every month to insure no other bugs are in the house. I'm not saying this company is money hungry, but this sales guy was.read more
